BizZennists Consulting began with founder Eric Dōshin Atkins, whose three decades of business leadership — from technology companies like Hewlett-Packard and Dell to real estate, solar, and startup environments — were profoundly shaped by over 28 years of dedicated Zen study and practice.
Eric saw that traditional consulting often fixes problems in isolation: sales tactics here, workflow improvements there — without addressing the deeper currents that make change stick. Inspired by the integration of mindful awareness and practical strategy, he envisioned a different kind of consultancy — one where clarity of mind and clarity of visionreinforce each other.
