Siri Bahadur Khalsa
KUNDALINI YOGA | GONG MASTER

Siri Bahadur began teaching Kundalini Yoga in Dallas, Texas in the early 1970’s. There he began to learn how the yogic tools of asana, pranayama, meditation and sound adjust the balance of body, mind and spirit for the purpose of aligning with Source, or Divine Life in expression.

He has 50+ years of teaching experience and has, for more than 20 years, trained Kundalini Yoga teachers.  His path of practice has taken on the focus of what can be called Dharma Yoga.  That discipline facilitates bringing the principals of a yoga practice into the context of everyday living for the development of Christ Consciousness or, simply, expanding a personal relationship with Divine Life.  He shares what he discovers and offers suggestions of investigation to bring coherence to one’s life experiences, using everyday examples of how to grasp the subtle nuances of Life within and behind physical expression.

He brings music to his classes with his voice and guitar, as well as, through the sound of the gong and crystal bowls, which affect both the inner being and the more expansive environments we live within.  He believes that yoga allows students to discover themselves as they travel their path of realizing and fulfilling their life’s purpose.  You can attend his drop-in classes, workshops, retreats or a more intensive personal mentoring program.
